Culture & Engagement Specialist

Our organization is seeking a Culture & Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving enterprise-wide engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of employee surveys, partner with senior stakeholders to embed engagement strategies, and support the implementation of new organizational listening tools. They will also design and deliver initiatives to support the embedding of our organizational culture.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate the employee survey program.
- Partner with stakeholders to cascade results, analyze sentiment, and drive action planning.
- Support the implementation of new organizational listening platforms.
- Develop and implement culture initiatives that bring our values to life.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for listening tools.
- Provide insights and reporting to senior leaders and regulators.
- Contribute to the development of culture, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory commitments.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and making a meaningful impact.
