Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership in developing and executing engagement strategies.
  • Employee Relations: Offer expert guidance and support on employee matters to foster a positive work environment.
  • Legislative Compliance: Monitor employment legislation changes and update policies accordingly.
  • Governance Structures: Assist leadership in implementing governance structures to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
  • Recruitment and Selection: Support the implementation of recruitment processes.
  • Onboarding Experience: Facilitate seamless induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement.
  • Performance Management: Support the performance management process, facilitating training and development activities.
  • Remuneration Strategies: Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies.
  • Reward and Recognition: Manage reward programs.
  • OHSW Coordination: Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing activities.
