Job Description:This key role will drive organisational success by fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee-centric initiatives.
Working collaboratively with the leadership team, you will develop and execute strategic engagement plans aligned with global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnering with Leadership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive strategic support and serve as the primary point of contact for all state-based activities.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with leadership in developing and executing engagement strategies.
- Employee Relations: Offer expert guidance and support on employee matters to foster a positive work environment.
- Legislative Compliance: Monitor employment legislation changes and update policies accordingly.
- Governance Structures: Assist leadership in implementing governance structures to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
- Recruitment and Selection: Support the implementation of recruitment processes.
- Onboarding Experience: Facilitate seamless induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, facilitating training and development activities.
- Remuneration Strategies: Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies.
- Reward and Recognition: Manage reward programs.
- OHSW Coordination: Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing activities.
