About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Promoting Employee Engagement and Excellence Coordinator. Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop insights
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to organizational change initiatives
