The Opportunity

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work at Slater and Gordon.

As Culture & Engagement Lead, you'll:

  • Bring our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to life
  • Strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Shape and embed culture that aligns with our strategy and values
  • Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and measure impact
  • Develop and deliver cultural programs that align with organisational values, diversity, equity & inclusion goals, and client expectations.

You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create an environment where our people feel a strong sense of pride, belonging, and purpose.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has the proven ability to translate the employee value proposition into the employee experience
  • Is skilled in leading cultural and transformation initiatives, with a proven track record of impact
  • Can influence senior leaders
  • Is data-savvy, able to turn insights into action and measure success
  • Is creative and collaborative, with the ability to bring fresh ideas and engage diverse stakeholders

A background in professional services or legal will be highly regarded, but what matters most is your ability to inspire, connect and make culture tangible.
