Employee Experience and Engagement Manager

They will also excel in storytelling, content creation, and stakeholder engagement, and have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or HR with 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, communications, or organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate: Manage internal channels to keep everyone informed and aligned.
- Engage: Enhance the experience of employees with initiatives around learning and development, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, recognition, and rewards.
- Drive Change: Support change management plans with creative communication strategies and ongoing employee support.
- Collaborate: Liaise with external providers and managers to ensure seamless communication and support.
- A Growth Mindset: Be agile, adaptable, and ready to learn.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in a range of tools and technologies, and an ability to learn quickly.
- Coordination Skills: Juggle multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
- Communication Expertise: Excel in storytelling, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or HR: Combined with 3-5 years experience in employee engagement, communications, or organisational development.
