Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with peers to align on strategic outcomes that deliver exceptional service to our customers.

  • Partner with customers to help solve their business challenges and achieve their internal goals through our products, practices, and solutions.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for growth within a client's organization.
  • Cultivate deep industry and solution expertise, staying up-to-date with evolving best practices that support different types of teams.
  • Create technical content and guidance to support customer goals and outcomes in one or more solution areas.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience in SaaS companies
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles where you've engaged with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Agility, including discovering Agile practices and providing guidance on organizational dysfunction
  • Hands-on delivery of successful enterprise strategy & planning tool implementation, deployment, integration, enablement, and adoption outcomes into customer environments
  • Direct experience working with software development, Agile, or enterprise strategy & planning tools
