Job Title: SAP Expert for Strategic Solution Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Manager with expertise in SAP Basis and SAP Solution Manager to lead strategic SAP initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security, and backup/recovery. They will also have strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills across client, stakeholder, and team interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients on SAP Solution Manager strategy, configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Design and implement SAP Solution Manager landscapes for scalability and future needs.
  • Lead large SAP Solution Manager projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Stay current with SAP Solution Manager trends and promote ongoing improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in SAP Solution Manager deployments, updates, and migrations.
  • Manage relationships with SAP Solution Manager technology providers and partners.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support their development.
  • Act as main contact for key clients, translating business requirements into SAP Solution Manager solutions.
  • Ensure high-quality SAP Solution Manager deliverables through robust QA processes.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience as an SAP Basis Consultant with emphasis on SAP Solution Manager, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and/or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Solution Manager administration, including monitoring, performance tuning, security, and backup/recovery.
  • Proficiency in SAP Net Weaver with focus on SAP Solution Manager and related technologies.
  • Experience with SAP HANA Administration and database management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across client, stakeholder, and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex SAP Solution Manager projects with client satisfaction and business value.
  • Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
