Job Title: Strategic Talent Solutions Expert

We are seeking a senior professional to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne.

This role involves working with clients to design and deliver customised learning experiences that drive innovation, alignment, new behaviours, and performance.

  • The ideal candidate will have proven ability to understand client challenges and formulate solutions.
  • A strong ability to work well in a team and independently is required.
  • Collaboration skills to work across regional units and practices are essential.
  • The successful candidate will also have demonstrable experience in client/stakeholder relationship management, expanding their network and opportunities to learn and grow.

This role requires approximately 5-8 years of experience in a people-focused role, including designing and running workshops. The successful candidate will also have:

  • Co-create concepts and corresponding solutions.
  • Lead multiple projects that deliver results, working with stakeholders and delivering under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrate a mature, humble, professional, and hands-on approach as a team player.
