Job Title: Partnership Coordinator

About the Position:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partnerships Coordinator to join our team on a 5-month contract. This key member will provide critical support in assisting Partnerships team members with delivering marketing content, partnership contracted deliverables, and daily operational workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate partner content for implementation across Sydney marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, and digital event signage assets.
  2. Manage approvals and implementation of website content, sponsor pages, event/activation pages, sponsor acknowledgements, and website audits.
  3. Collaborate with the NSW Government Agency Hospitality Manager to coordinate commercial partner invite lists for official engagements, including Opening Night and Event Ticket allocations for sponsors.
  4. Assist with coordinating Partner Events and other Sydney supported hospitality events/functions.
  5. Collect social media handles and assist with partner social media campaigns, working closely with the Social Media team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates will have experience as a Partnerships Manager, Marketing Manager, or experienced coordinator, demonstrating a good understanding of partnerships/sponsorships, marketing, social media, and content. Previous work experience on events is also highly valued.
