Job Description

A partnership specialist is required to develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and assigned clients. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance, support, and recommendations that align with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients on best practices for partnership growth and utilisation of tools like HubSpot.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and assigned clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Assist in agency/new client onboarding and pitching processes, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Deliver program performance reviews, leveraging industry trends to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Advise agencies on recruiting and growing affiliate portfolios, offering insights on new technologies and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on the creation of agency playbooks and processes, ensuring efficient program setup and management.
  • Provide agencies with regular reporting and insights, enabling data-driven decisions.

This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive approach and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of relevant industry experience; preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to develop strong working relationships externally and internally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of emotional understanding used in a business relationship sense to build strong rapport and trust.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Excel, and willingness to learn new technology systems.
