Job Description
\As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
\The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in partnership or sponsorship management, with a proven track record of delivering successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
\Key responsibilities include creating and securing powerful partnership opportunities, managing partner relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve partnership obligations.
\You will also be responsible for developing and executing partnership programs from conception to execution, ensuring achievement of KPIs, revenue growth, and GP targets.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\- At least 5 years of experience in partnership or sponsorship management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Negotiation and creativity skills
