Job Opportunity

The Partner Success Manager APAC role involves empowering partners to deliver successful client engagements.

Key performance indicators include increasing project volume and driving technology adoption within our partnerships.

About the Position

This is a Hybrid role based in Sydney, with an expectation of being in the office 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Orienting strategic alliance partners to our support model and creating program infrastructure for ongoing usage of Orgvue.
  • Establishing and mobilizing critical routines and feedback channels to manage strategic relationships.
  • Overseeing the setup of partner-specific Orgvue tenants for training, demos, and storage of custom solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related business disciplines.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in management consulting roles, preferably in human capital, talent, or Organisation Design consulting space.
  • Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a user of Orgvue.

  • Commercial mindset; prioritizing and adjusting components of the alliance plan to drive greater volumes of projects and revenue potential.
  • Technical literacy; understanding Orgvue technology and technical solutions.
