Dynamic Partnerships Specialist
SXSW Sydney, a premier conference and festival celebrating innovation, technology, and creativity, seeks a seasoned partnerships professional to drive revenue growth through strategic brand alliances.
- Develop high-impact marketing programs from conceptualization to execution for partners spanning startups to global enterprises.
- Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, agencies, and stakeholders, offering expert guidance on sponsorship strategy and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the programming team to connect brands and talent while adhering to SXSW Sydney's creative principles.
- Lead negotiations of partnership agreements, focusing on business terms and legal language.
- Oversight of end-to-end partnership delivery, from concept development to campaign activation and post-event evaluation.
- Measure and report on partnership success, delivering insights to partners and leadership.
- Partner with operations and marketing teams to align sponsorship packages with delivery capabilities and cost structures.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools.
