Sales Consultant Opportunity at Country Road Group

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at David Jones Kotara. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with your team to deliver outstanding customer service and provide product knowledge to customers.
  • Utilize tools available to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is visually presented in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Embody the Country Road Group values and collaborate with your store team to achieve results.
