Harmilla Care is a support organisation specialising in home care package services.
We are a growing Australian provider built on advocating for the elderly and those living with disabilities and supporting children and young adults.
About This Role:
As a Service Delivery Specialist, you will work closely with key stakeholders (plan nominees, support coordinators, community mental health, our own care teams, families etc.). This role requires close collaboration to support staffs and clientele.
The purpose of this role is to provide assistance ensuring day-to-day efficiency and achieving business objectives. You will assist the service function of the business in achieving operational effectiveness in line with business requirements.
- Assist with constructing staff rosters
- Liaise with clients and build strong relationships
- Assist with service records for invoicing
- Refer and sign up new and existing clients
- Plan and organise supports for clients
- Keep records and documentation of client and staff folders
- Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities
- Identify and engage with service providers and other organisations
- Link external mainstream services with clients
- Coordinate service personnel to ensure daily targets and tasks are completed
- Evaluate reporting and administrative requirements
- Review and implement changes to various forms of documentation
- Communicate comprehensive knowledge of supports and services available
- Collect and report feedback
- Participate in management meetings
- Ensure customers are supported in exploring and resolving their needs, expectations and goals
- Manage third-party communication and technology queries and networking
- Meet business operational needs
Requirements:
Significant experience in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge and understanding of NDIS
Support Work experience (desirable)
Degree in Social Work or equivalent
Mandatory Requirements:
Current Australian driver's licence
Police Check
Covid-19 Vaccination
Working with Children Check
NDIS mandatory Modules (willing to obtain)

Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner
Good ability in decision-making, innovation and problem-solving
Ability to work under pressure
Supervise staffs/provide professional development for staffs
Familiar with CRM software E.g. Salesforce, Lumary and Shift care
Intermediate skills in Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Intermediate IT/Computer Skills
Available for on call roster (to support staffs after hours if needed)
