We're looking for a
Delivery Specialist / Installation Technician
to join our team and ensure our spas, swim spas, saunas, pergolas, and umbrellas are delivered and installed safely, on time, and with the highest standard of professionalism.

As our Delivery Specialist / Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and carrying out deliveries and installations of Spa World products to customer homes and sites.
  • Inspecting products before and during delivery and installation to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assisting with product placement, unpacking, and safe removal of packaging.
  • Coordinating with Hiab, crane, and specialist operators to ensure safe and efficient placement.
  • Providing professional, courteous, and timely service to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records and reporting on outcomes.
  • Upholding Spa World's brand values with every customer interaction.

Additional Responsibilities Include

  • Conducting QA hold and warehouse assessments (cleaning, rewrapping, troubleshooting, and part repairs).
  • Installing Platinum Spa Care products and accessories (heat pumps, Wi-Fi modules, steps, rails, cover lifters, etc.).
  • Performing warranty and non-warranty service tasks, including installing, servicing, and maintaining pumps, systems, and specialized units.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

  • Experienced in logistics, delivery, or warehousing (ideally with large/heavy goods).
  • Confident working with third-party contractors (Hiab and crane operators preferred).
  • Customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling heavy items with the right equipment.
  • Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds a current full (unrestricted) driver's licence
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude will be highly regarded, as will previous experience with spa or similar equipment delivery.
