The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, focusing on delivering outstanding outcomes.

The role involves:

  • Providing excellent service to internal and external customers by completing tasks efficiently
  • Finding solutions that yield the best results for customer backorders, balancing cost and outcome
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and find solutions that benefit both the customer and the business
  • Taking charge of resolving issues quickly and thoroughly
  • Managing administrative tasks effectively and adhering to established business processes
  • Being versatile and able to perform all roles within the team
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of business relationships with customers and staying updated on all processes and procedures

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in a high-pressure role
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
