**Job Title:** Service Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of customer services.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Managing Customer Schedules: Creating and managing schedules for customer services, including planning, confirmation, and short notice placements and cancellations.
  • Scheduling Coordination: Preparing and transmitting schedules for customer services to support professionals.
  • Staff Management: Arranging replacement staff to cover planned or unplanned absences and shift changes.
  • Coaching and Supervision: Providing coaching, supervision, support, and direction to support professionals to ensure quality service is provided to customers.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitoring the implementation of individualized plans for customers.
  • Data Verification: Verifying allocation of support professionals against customer schedules to ensure timely processing of timesheet data.
  • System Maintenance: Maintaining and updating data in company information systems.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
  • Relationship Management: Proven relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, as well as good interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Additional Requirements:

  • Clearance: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Module Completion: NDIS Worker Orientation Module (Quality and Safety).
  • Australian Work Rights: Working rights in Australia.

Prior Experience:

  • Community Care: Previous experience in the community care or health/aged care sector.
  • Scheduling Experience: Role-related or any previous scheduling experience.
  • Relevant Qualification: Aged care or disability supports related qualification.
