Service Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Specialist to join our team.

This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

The Role:

- Arrange and schedule service jobs for the Field Service team on a daily basis;
- Receive, log and prioritise service calls;
- Communicate with customers on status of service calls and job progress;
- Schedule preventative maintenance servicing (overflow from Service Admin);
- Co-ordinate subcontractors for internal and external service support;
- Target a 2-hour KPI time or less for field service technicians to attend urgent breakdowns;
- Maximize our service technician utilisation;
- Provide service sales quotations;
- Support the Parts Coordinator as required;
- Maintain and increasing Retail (Customer Owned Equipment) Service Customers;
- Ensure all Service Staff & Technicians Trade Licenses, Safety Cards, First Aid, Site Inductions etc, are kept updated and renewed when necessary;

To be successful in this role:

- Have experience as a Service Coordinator, ideally within sale and hire of equipment or similar;
- Have Australian working rights (unrestricted);
- Have a valid drivers licence;
- Can pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen;
- Strong ability to lead, influence and persuade customers;
- Excellent communication skills;

- Competitive salary range $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year;
