Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, and high-quality results.
  • Provide strategic guidance to project teams, focusing on commercial excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage and develop a team of senior cost managers and cost managers, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cost management roles, with a focus on consultancy.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects, exceeding client expectations, and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in CostX and other relevant software tools.
  • RICS and/or AIQS accreditation is highly desirable.
