  • Financial Management: Oversee the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for clients across various industries.
  • New Business Development: Drive the growth of the business by identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities.
  • Team Development & Retention: Work closely with HR and senior leadership to ensure the team is supported, engaged, and retaining top talent.
  • Market Positioning: Contribute to the firm's visibility by attending industry events, publishing insights, and engaging in marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in business services, accounting, or related fields.
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong technical knowledge in business advisory, taxation, accounting, and financial management.
  • Proven success in new business development.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in turning around teams or departments facing challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
