Strategic HR Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our Human Resources Business Partnering & Employee Advisory Service team.
The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to senior leaders and line managers on human resource services, employee relations, workforce planning, employee development, performance management, conflict resolution, enterprise agreement interpretation and analysis of HR metrics.
You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver best practice human resources business outcomes, focusing on customer service. Your responsibilities include managing a dedicated and supportive team of HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Business Partnering service
- Provide high-level guidance and advice to senior leaders and line managers
- Manage employee variations and organisational compliance with regulatory checks
- Work closely with senior leaders to deliver best practice human resources business outcomes
Requirements:
- Tertiary level qualification in business or health science
- 3-5 years experience in providing HR advice in a large and complex environment
- Proven understanding of industrial legislation and employment law principles
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in all HR matters including performance management techniques and practices, complaints management, workforce planning, change management etc.
