
HR Transformation Leader

We are seeking a Senior People Partner to join our organisation in a strategic, leadership role. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leaders, providing commercially astute people advice and solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
- Drive strategic workforce planning to anticipate and address future skill needs, ensuring the organisation remains competitive and agile.
- Partner with HR teams to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition.
- Oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution, maintaining a risk-aware culture.
- Use data insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives, driving continuous improvement.
About the Role
- Significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex matrix environment.
- Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change.
- Strong knowledge of employment relations and industrial relations, with experience managing complex cases.
- Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level.
