Strategic HR Business Partnerships Manager

Join the Department of Government Services as an experienced Strategic HR Business Partnerships Manager to provide expert guidance and support on human resources matters. Selection Criteria

Applicants must demonstrate the following key selection criteria:

  • Proven experience in leading HR business partnership functions and managing organisational change and transformation processes
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and negotiate with various stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Fair Work Act 2009

Required qualifications include a degree in Human Resources or a related field. A postgraduate qualification or certification in HR leadership would be highly regarded.
