The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead transformative change in our purpose-driven organisation. As the People Systems and Data Lead, you'll harmonise and uplift People & Culture systems, shaping a future-ready foundation that supports strategic goals.

You will play a pivotal role in consolidating HR systems, streamlining processes, and enhancing employee experience over the next 2-3 years.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, configuring, and optimising HRIS platforms for improved employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Building and managing workflows that support streamlined HR processes and accurate data management.
  • Coordinating system testing and ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Planning and delivering projects, tracking progress, timelines, and reporting on variances.
  • Developing people metrics and reporting frameworks to support strategic workforce decisions.

About You

You're a systems thinker with a strong foundation in HR technology and a passion for improving how people and data connect. With at least five years' experience managing HR systems, your strengths lie in building workflows, managing data, and driving system enhancements from end to end.
