Your Key Responsibilities

As a transformation expert, you'll join our People Consulting team, focusing on delivering exceptional HR services. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Create innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit project needs.
  2. Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs.
  3. Utilise expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for organisations.
  4. Leverage your previous experience to develop and deliver analysis, recommendations, technology solutions, reports, presentations and other project deliverables.
  5. Lead change for significant transformations, with a focus on SAP, Microsoft, ServiceNow or large-scale digital programs.
  6. Engage with our global network to provide transformation advice.
  7. Define and measure success metrics to monitor transformation progress.
  8. Contribute to proposal development and tender responses.
  9. Work on challenging projects across a range of issues and industries.
  10. Work as part of an experienced team that will give you direct access to leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development.
  11. Support team growth and practice investment through participation in development activities.
  12. Innovate and contribute ideas to expand service offerings and drive positive impact.
