We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a 12-month parental leave cover position based in either NSW or VIC.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the future of an organisation that empowers people with disability to belong and thrive. You will partner with Hiring Managers and team members to create seamless, compliant, and positive recruitment experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coordinate the behind-the-scenes magic – from inbox management, compliance checks, Recruitment Reporting, through to candidate care.
- Share ideas and find smarter ways to attract, engage, and welcome amazing people into our community.
In this role, you will balance fun and fast-paced people work with the precision of compliance. Every box ticked, every record accurate, and every process followed means:
- A safe and fair experience for candidates and colleagues.
- Meeting our legal and regulatory obligations.
- Protecting our reputation as a trusted provider.
- Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities (or similar).
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office (or similar) – your spreadsheets and documents are always accurate and polished.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage people from all walks of life via phone and email.
- The flexibility to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
- A curiosity to learn about the disability sector and a passion for contributing to meaningful change.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- Working with Children Check.
- Driver's license (if travel is part of the role).
- International Police Check if you've lived overseas in the last 10 years.
