Job Description:

We seek a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with Hiring Leaders in defining roles, locations, and functional areas. This includes developing sourcing strategies, working on external employer branding, vendor management, research, and analysis while ensuring exceptional stakeholder and candidate experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Leaders to identify, source, and manage end-to-end hiring activities.
  • Develop specific role requirements, technology needs, and staffing plans to meet unit or regional demands.
  • Represent our brand externally (career fairs, presentations, conferences) and implement engagement initiatives with key stakeholders, alumni support, and branding strategy positioning us as the Employer of Choice.
  • Sourcing: Identify effective channels (advertisements, portals, referrals), post job openings, and understand best practices for proactive and headhunting sourcing.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, broader groups, and vendors.
  • Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences: Lead senior-level hiring programs, position roles appropriately, develop niche hiring programs, and interact with recruits post-hiring.
  • Research, Analytics & Benchmarking: Analyze historical trends, lead benchmarking initiatives, and recommend best practices for talent acquisition to generate insights into competitor landscapes and determine focus areas for talent acquisitions.
  • Partner with vendors to leverage outsourcing opportunities, build capabilities, monitor performance, and ensure recruitment objectives.
  • Maintain adherence to recruitment standards and process compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of Recruitment experience in an agency or internal environment, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruitment experience in graduate hiring is preferred, but candidates with sales, corporate, or IT hiring experience will be considered.
  • Proven sourcing strategy experience, including proactive sourcing.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Effective stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
