Talent Acquisition Role

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating technical assessments, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical evaluations and other assessment methods to gauge candidate aptitude.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
  • Create engaging job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of different recruitment channels to optimize results.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software to streamline processes.
