\Key Responsibilities:\- Recruitment process management, including advertising vacancies and coordinating panel meetings.
- Leave entries, allowance payments, and HR documentation management.
- Payroll analysis and reporting using Edupay.
- HR documentation development, policy updates, and communication coordination.
- Executive assistant support to senior leadership.
- Facility hire support, including contract preparation and documentation.
- Administrative services for school council.
- Supporting organizational goals, values, and behaviors.
- Demonstrated experience in human resource management, employment conditions, and DET policy knowledge.
- Proficiency in ICT, Microsoft Office, CASES21, Edupay, and Recruitment-on-line.
- High-level communication and administrative skills, with an ability to develop relationships.
- Personal assistant skills and effective time management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
