A key objective for this role is to expedite the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in talent acquisition and management, preferably in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities- Optimize talent acquisition strategies to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the interview process, ensuring effective filtering of applications and conduct thorough screening calls.
- Develop and implement innovative interviewing techniques to identify top-caliber talent, including situational and behavioral questions.
- Support hiring managers in crafting engaging role-related tasks, challenges, and take-homes to assess candidate fit.
- Activate headhunting initiatives for niche technical roles, establishing robust pipelines across product and engineering teams.
- Assist in benchmarking elite talent profiles to aid hiring managers in distinguishing exceptional candidates from good ones.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of talent tools, processes, and systems in conjunction with the Head of People.
- Establish and nurture relationships with professionals in the tech startup sector (product managers, engineers, clinicians, sales, ops, CX) to create a high-caliber talent pipeline.
- Elevate the company's employer brand through conferences, networking events, community meetups, blogs, socials, videos, and other channels.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in agency and/or internal talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or startup sectors.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring: talent funnel activation, role scoping, CV screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
- Knowledge of hiring technical roles (product & engineering) is required, while other areas can be learned.
- Comfort with headhunting tactics and cold outreach to build candidate pipelines is necessary.
- Ability to work with pace and urgency, execute-focused, adaptable in chaos and ambiguity is vital.
- Ability to identify high-caliber talent and foster a high-performance culture is crucial.
- Self-starter with motivation, drive, empathy, and commercial acumen is required.
- Ability to work autonomously with accountability to meet TA requirements and hiring goals is necessary.
