Job Opportunity

As a consultant, you will be working across all aspects of our diverse rewards practice. This role is based in Warrang and offers the possibility to work flexibly with reduced hours.

  • This includes designing remuneration structures including incentive programs across local, regional and international jurisdictions, considering taxation and legal implications.
  • You may also have experience in remuneration for organisations that are transacting, such as merging or demerging.

We are a fully integrated team providing remuneration, taxation, legal, performance and transactions services. This ensures a diverse experience and opportunities for growth.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Contributing to the delivery of reward related projects, which could include:
  • Designing new long-term incentives, taking into account tax and legal impacts.
  • Working on remuneration implications for companies that are merging.
  • Supporting clients with job architecture and salary banding approaches.
Requirements and Skills
  • Knowledge of remuneration structures, including incentive programs, across local, regional and international jurisdictions.
  • Ability to manage workload and at times, workload of junior team members.
