The RoleWe are seeking a professional to work across all aspects of our practice, developing solutions and solving problems for clients. Responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the delivery of reward-related projects, including designing new long-term incentives and supporting clients with job architecture and salary banding refreshes.
- Growing the team through coaching and developing team members.
- Integrating AI solutions into day-to-day work.
- Knowledge of remuneration structures, including incentive programs, across local, regional, and international jurisdictions.
- Experience in remuneration for organisations that are transacting.
- An interest in corporate ecosystems and ability to make connections across companies, countries, and experiences.
- Ability to manage workload and junior team members.
