Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales incentives and commission-related activities, deliverables, and best practices for the APAC revenue team.
  • Designs, models, and deploys incentive compensation plans aligned to APAC business strategies.
  • Regularly measures, analyzes, and reports seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity.
  • Investigates data errors or anomalies, performs root cause analysis, develops recommended resolution, tests, and implements solutions.
  • Conducts analysis of headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC, ensuring the right talent is in optimal roles and markets.
  • Manages incentive governance and ensures compliance with regional/local regulations and global guidelines.
  • Serves as primary advisor to regional sales leaders on incentive best practices.
  • Leads annual incentive planning cycles and recommends changes aligned with business goals.
  • Educates and coaches regional sales teams on maximizing their compensation opportunities using scenario modeling where required.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. A proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales incentive programs is essential for success in this role.
