Our company is seeking a professional to join our thriving Rewards team.
This role involves working across all aspects of the diverse Rewards practice, developing solutions and solving problems for clients across performance, rewards, and transactions. This is a hybrid position based in Sydney with potential options for flexible work arrangements.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the delivery of reward-related projects, including designing new long-term incentives, working through remuneration implications for companies merging, helping Boards work through new CEO appointments, supporting clients with job architecture and salary banding refreshes, and more.
Growth opportunities are available through coaching and developing team members, as well as integrating AI solutions into daily work. Key skills and attributes for success include knowledge of remuneration structures, ability to design incentive programs, experience with remuneration for transacting organizations, and an interest in corporate ecosystems.
