Key Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter expert on sales incentives and commission-related activities, deliverables, and best practices for the APAC revenue team.
Designs, models, and deploys incentive compensation plans aligned to APAC business strategies.
Regularly measures, analyzes, and reports seller performance and quota attainment, recommending actions to improve productivity.
Investigates data errors or anomalies, performs root cause analysis, develops recommended resolution, tests, and implements solutions.
Conducts analysis of headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC, ensuring the right talent is in optimal roles and markets.
Manages incentive governance and ensures compliance with regional/local regulations and global guidelines.
Serves as primary advisor to regional sales leaders on incentive best practices.
Leads annual incentive planning cycles and recommends changes aligned with business goals.
Educates and coaches regional sales teams on maximizing their compensation opportunities using scenario modeling where required.
The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. A proven track record of designing and implementing effective sales incentive programs is essential for success in this role.
