About Personal Carer Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of residents in our residential home. You will play a vital role in supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life through meaningful interactions and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including showering, personal hygiene, meal support, and mobility assistance.
  • Provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans, ensuring the unique needs of each resident are met.
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Support, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
  • Ability to pass relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain.
