We're seeking a skilled professional to facilitate coaching sessions that help carers build resilience, agency and hope.

About the Role

As a coach, you'll deliver one-on-one and group coaching sessions that empower carers to achieve their goals. You'll support carers to explore their strengths, reflect on their journey, and take practical steps toward wellbeing.

Key topics may include:

  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Inclusion and Advocacy
  • Work, Study and Volunteering
  • Everyday Life and Finances
  • Understanding the Caring Journey

You'll work in a reforming space where you can embrace change with confidence and flexibility. We're looking for someone with experience in community services, allied health or peer support, along with strong communication skills and emotional maturity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum diploma in coaching, counselling, community services or a related field
  • Right to work within Australia
  • Current valid driver's licence and ability to undertake some travel
  • NDIS worker orientation module certificate (free online course)
  • Satisfactory national police records check
  • NDIS worker screening check
  • Working with children's check (employee/paid)
