Job Summary

We're looking for a Service Desk Technician to assist our Engineering team with upcoming project work. This is an entry-level position that's required for a short-term project in October, with the potential to take on more work in the coming months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all aspects of device configuration activities, including device imaging and software deployment, and installation of specific components.
  • Perform stock picking, asset application of device, packaging, and data entry.
  • Participate in the ongoing maintenance of documentation at the direction of the Deployments Team Lead.
Requirements
  • No work experience required - a basic understanding of MacOS and/or WindowsOS is a must.
  • Confident and outgoing with customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow repetitive processes with a keen eye for details.
  • Hungry to learn more, proactive, and a can-do attitude.
