Job Title: Desk Side Support

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Desk Side Support professional to join our team at EBR. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot PC issues via hotline or remote access
  • Resolve user mailbox issues
  • Set up and install new PCs, laptops, monitors, and desk phones for users
  • Install new software, company applications, and antivirus for users
  • Replace PC hardware, such as graphics cards and RAM
  • Install additional IT peripherals, like printers, headsets, and webcams
  • Update PCs to the latest operating system, software, and antivirus
  • Organize and tidy up user desk cables
  • Collaborate with our client's IT team on requested tasks
  • Install and troubleshoot mobile devices and applications

Requirements:

  • Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • No prior experience is necessary to be successful in this role
