Responsibilities

As Head Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of Sofitel – setting the tone from the moment the guests arrive. Lead a high-energy team, curate unforgettable local experiences, and deliver five-star moments with effortless flair.

  • Guest Experience & VIP Service
  • Be the go-to contact for VIPs, long-term residents, and high-profile guests.
  • Coordinate amenities, transport, and special requests with warmth and precision.
  • Curate bespoke Noosa experiences through strong vendor relationships and local expertise.
    • Team Leadership & Culture
    • Lead, train, and mentor the concierge team to deliver seamless, discreet service.
    • Manage rosters, performance, and team development while fostering a culture of excellence.
    • Drive upselling and guest engagement through proactive service and promotional initiatives.
      • Operations & Administration
      • Oversee reporting, budgeting, and cost control to meet financial goals.
      • Ensure compliance with WHS, safety and service protocols across all touchpoints.
      Qualifications

What you bring

  • Proven leadership in luxury hotel Concierge or Front Office role.
  • Impeccable grooming, guest service standards, and local area knowledge.
  • Proficient in OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office
  • Full Australian working rights (PR or Citizen)
  • Holds a valid Driver's License, RSA, and current First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Physically capable of manual handling (up to 23kg) and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible availability across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Les Clefs d'Or membership (or actively pursuing)
    • Hospitality of tourism qualification (preferred)
  • Second language skills (preferred)
