Job DescriptionAre you passionate about finding top talent and ready to make an impact in a dynamic recruitment environment? We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. Hybrid work options available for this role. This role offers flexibility to be based in either Brisbane or Noosa, QLD with some travel required to Noosa for key meetings and interviews.
About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition , you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, specialising in headhunting and sourcing high-caliber candidates. Your ability to connect with top talent and navigate the competitive hiring landscape will be essential. Experience in assisting with relocation support for candidates will be highly advantageous, as you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth transitions for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively headhunt and source candidates through various channels
- Liaise with external industry stakeholders
- Organising and executing large-scale bulk recruitment events, where efficiency and coordination are key
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing up to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, key resort stakeholders and candidates
- Assist with relocation coordination and support for incoming hires
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics
- Experience with HRIS systems is preferred
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in fast-paced talent acquisition, specifically with a headhunting focus
- High-Volume, Fast-Paced Recruiting experience: The role involves high volume interviewing, continuous assessments, and managing a steady stream of candidates.
- Experience assisting with relocation activities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to start ASAP
