Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process resort reservations with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Provide up-to-date information on hotel facilities, promotions, and special offers to guests
  • Update and maintain accurate guest records and reservation details
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests
  • Offer personalized experiences tailored to each guest's needs, enhancing their satisfaction and loyalty
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or reservations roles is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and guests
  • Multitasking and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards are expected
