Guest Experience Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guest Experience Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional service and seamless booking experiences. As the architect of first impressions, you will lead a passionate team to maximise revenue and ensure every guest's journey begins with confidence and care.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hotel reservations or front office leadership, a strong understanding of revenue management, distribution systems, and booking platforms, as well as a passion for guest service and luxury standards.

  • Lead the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and accurate bookings across all channels
  • Manage room inventory, rate strategies, and distribution systems to optimise occupancy and revenue
  • Collaborate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align strategies and drive performance
  • Monitor and respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Train and mentor team members to uphold luxury standards and service principles
  • Analyse booking trends, prepare reports, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting
