Figma is expanding its team of sales experts to drive growth in the ANZ region. We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Account Executive to join our team.

As an Account Executive at Figma, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated book of accounts, prioritizing your accounts, outbound prospecting, and building a strong pipeline. You will also manage a 360 deal cycle and exceed targets, owning sales activity and monthly revenue forecasting in Salesforce.

This role requires a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, with experience in generating meetings via cold outreach, calls, and emails through value-based communication and leveraging multiple forms of outreach. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for working with clients and internal teams.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of SaaS sales related experience, SD/BDR experience in a pure outbound function, and a strong organization skillset with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage customers through every touchpoint. Experience selling to technical audiences and familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration tools are a plus.
