About The Role
The Workforce Planning and Optimization Lead will play a key role in supporting our Workforce Planning function within Sportsbet's Customer Operations division.
Reporting to the Head of Workforce Management, this role will establish an efficient and effective Rostering Model for multiple teams and channels across Sportsbet.
This includes implementing and executing effective insights and reporting around all customer frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build Demand, efficiency, and Shrinkage forecasts using historical data and trends for a range of frontline channels.
- Develop and manage rosters for frontline teams.
- Analyse performance data to understand trends and patterns.
- Provide insights on performance and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
- Report on productivity measures such as Occupancy, adherence, efficiency, and cost optimisation.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
