About the Opportunity

This role sits within our Technology and Transformation division, which is responsible for driving business transformation and operating our technology systems.

As a Senior Workforce Management Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting workforce management, supply and demand across the Enterprise Delivery team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resource Supply vs Demand Management
  • Resource and Vendor Support
  • Continuous Improvement

You will be responsible for providing support relating to staff movements into and out of the team, liaising with Procurement, PAC, and recruitment teams, maintaining and updating a consolidated register of all resources supply and demand, and collaborating with PMO managers.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of working as part of an Enterprise PMO or similar function, workforce or resource management for a complex strategic portfolio of transformational change. Experience in Banking and Financial Services or Technology Industries would be highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, exposure to project management methodologies, influencing skills, passion for continuous improvement, and advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and delivery management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
