Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced reservations consultant to join our team in the tourism industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with holiday guest reservations, maintaining high-level holiday accommodation maintenance, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with holiday guest reservations to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain high-level holiday accommodation maintenance to meet quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent results and deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements
  • A current Certificate of Registration with the relevant authorities
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in software such as HomHero/RMS
  • Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
