Hudson Australia is seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join their team in Adelaide, providing key back-office tasks and administrative duties to support the efficient passport service.

As a successful candidate, you will contribute to ensuring timely and accurate entry of physical applications into systems and handle additional administrative duties for proper storage and disposal.

The estimated salary for this role is $39.40 + Super per hour, inclusive of a 25% casual loading. Regular business hours with flexible arrangements available after training.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scan documents accurately and efficiently, handling passport photos, application forms, and supporting documents.
  • Manage applications, separating and organizing them for smooth processing.
  • Follow protocols for secure destruction of records no longer needed, maintaining compliance with data handling regulations.
  • Error correction: manage applications that have been incorrectly marked, ensuring quality control and accuracy.
  • Exception handling: conduct manual exception tasks, such as rescanning applications for quality improvement, and manage mail sorting, filing, and other ad hoc tasks as required.
