About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our founding team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding our most strategic customers. Your expertise will help define and iterate our sales motions, provide customer feedback to shape our roadmap, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals for strategic accounts across the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
- Extensive experience in SaaS sales within the ANZ, SEA, and India region.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to sell into C-Level and work with stakeholders across various lines of business.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments.
